工作說明：

- To perform the process standardization across legal entities (ex: approval process automation). Accomplish SOX compliance/F金園街英文補習班ACET/Internal Control/Transfer price audit‘s coordination and execution at remediation plan with BUs

- To prepare merge and acquisition scenario simulation to support business decision

- To prepare AP/AR/FA/Treasury workflow documentation and knowledge sharing with share accounting service

- To deal with tax filing incl.VAT, business tax and stamp tax etc to avoid violation per tax regulation requirements

- To understand the impact of Accounting Principles Change (ex. US GAPP & IFRS change in revenue recognition, actuarial recognition) and coordinate teams to execute and implement the necessary change
